Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ORCA Estate, operated by ORCA Estate Inc., collects and how we use it — for agencies that run their business on the platform and for the home seekers who contact an agency through a site built on it.
1. What we collect
Agencies: account details (name, email, agency info), the content you add (listings, leads, deals, team), and usage/diagnostic data.
Home seekers who submit an inquiry on an agency’s website: the details they choose to provide (name, contact, and the property they’re interested in) so the agency can follow up. We collect only what the inquiry requires — visitors do not pay through the platform.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service, route leads to the right agency, process each agency’s subscription, keep accounts secure, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we don’t rent your customer list back to you.
3. Whose data it is
An agency’s customer, lead and deal data belongs to that agency; we process it on their behalf as a service provider. Agencies can export their data at any time.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, subscription payment processing, email delivery), under agreements that limit their use to those purposes — or where required by law.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, and each agency’s data is isolated from others. We keep data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Agencies can manage most of this in-app; for anything else, contact us.
